        WHAT MAKES CYB STAFFING DIFFERENT?                               

  CYB Staffing Services provide a Spanish/English
connection that has not existed in the southeast
before now.

     With the increasing demand for a new generation  of employees as the baby boomers fade out of the work force and into retirement, businesses are finding it very difficult to find support.  However CYB staffing specializes in a pool of employees who are eager to work but their language barrier has prevented them from obtaining the jobs they are qualified for. 
President Bush has acknowledged our dependency on Hispanic labor throughout the United States.  New provisions and laws are being made continuously to allow more work permits to Latin immigrants.  This allows companies to employ these hard workers without the fear of breaking the law.  It also permits the workers to do their jobs and support their families legally.         
                                               

    Contrary to common misconceptions, these new provisions do not allow aliens to obtain permanent residency and receive any type of public benefits. The laws are specifically geared towards allowing them to work, and to do so legally.
                                           
     These workers
pay taxes to our nation which boosts our economy.  They work in positions that are difficult to fill and keep our companies supplied with a sufficient workforce.
              
      All employees beginning a new assignment are given a list of expressions and vocabulary words specific to the environment they will be working in. Any regulations, important documents, or safety guidelines are translated to them before beginning the assignment.
